Executive Chef for Sustainable Cuisine

Grand Traverse Area Catholic Schools - a 4 school 900+ K-12 district in Northern Michigan is seeking a director for the dining services part of their new Life Balance Initiative Program launched this fall. The program's goals include changing kids relationship to food and integrating curriculum, physical activity and nutrition services in the district providing a path to life long wellness for the community.

The right candidate will have great managerial skills, be vested in sustainable cuisine, have quantifiable budget management experience and a high level of computer skills.  You will also need to be a good communicator, motivator, be flexible and want to succeed at a great challenge.
