Peace Coffee is seeking a Production Manager. This management-level position has overall responsibility for coordinating the daily production, packaging and distribution of coffee. Responsible for developing and implementing the systems and procedures necessary to run a high quality, safe, and efficient coffee roastery. The Production Manager also works to develop a team of dedicated, knowledgeable and hard-working employees.
