Speakers included university and state organic program representatives, as well as USDA officials from the Economic Research Service, Risk Management Agency, Agricultural Marketing Service, Natural Resources Conservation Service, Cooperative Extension Service, and more. Caren Wilcox of Caren Wilcox & Associates, former Executive Director of the Organic Trade Association, delivered the day's keynote address.
