The September issue of Top Producer Magazine featured an interesting profile of Randy Hughes, a WI farmer innovator who produced 5000 acres of organic and conventional crop in 2007 (1,200 acres of organic corn, hay and soybeans, 300 acres of processing vegetables and 3500 acres of conventional grains).
He
is probably best known for his organic blue corn chips marketed throughout the
Midwest under the label A-Maizeing Corn Products.
