Fulbright Scholar Program for US Faculty and Professionals for 2010-2011 is open
The Fulbright Scholar Program offers grants in more than 125 countries around the world. For the Academic Year 2010-2011, Fulbright lists 29 lecturing, research or combined lecturing/research awards in agriculture. Even better, faculty and professionals in agriculture also can apply for one of the 144 "All Discipline" awards open to all fields.

What does Fulbright offer in Agriculture? Here are a few of the awards for 2010-2011:
Hungary: Award #0272 - Agricultural production, environmental management, animal science
Mozambique: Award #0084 - Agriculture and agricultural lab sciences
Philippines: Award #0171 - Agriculture and Fisheries Modernization and its various subfields, including fruit and vegetable production, horticulture, plant breeding/genetics, dairy science, pest control/entomology, and animal nutrition; agriculture engineering and its various subfields, including forest engineering, handling/processing/storage of agriculture products, irrigation and drainage systems engineering, post-harvest technology, soil and water engineering, agricultural waste management, food engineering/process control; agricultural economics and its various subfields, including agribusiness, agricultural policy, farm management.
