Sustainable Ag. Volunteers Needed in Africa

by John E. Marlin last modified October 30, 2008 04:39 PM

Company will help connect you to NGO's and farmers

Keywords: Dir: Jobs
Can you...

1. Teach terracing, composting & animal husbandry.

2. Teach rainwater harvesting.
(so women do not always have to fetch water!)

3. Teach how to earn income from farming.
Many of the villagers that we visited, have fertile soil, good rain & sun
but live on less than $2/day.

4. Teach urban horticulture to refugees.

5. Teach AIDS orphans, former child soldiers, and kids who have been
trafficked how to raise their own food. What will Africa look like in 10 or 20 years
with so many kids without guidance? We need you!
