A strong interest in winter production systems is desired. Applicants should have a college degree and at least 1 year organic growing experience or equivalent relevant experience. Salary and Profit Sharing are dependent on experience. Since 1994 Blue Moon Farm has grown over 40 different types of vegetables and marketed to the Champaign-Urbana area primarily through Farmers Markets and Restaurants.
