ASAP Local Food Dinner with Fred Kirschenmann

Frederick L. Kirschenmann, a longtime leader in national and international sustainable agriculture will join us for a fund raising dinner Oct. 12th in Champaign-Urbana from 5.00 to 7:30 pm in the southeast corner of Lincoln Square Village.

5:00 pm Gather for wine, cheese and chatting at Urbana's Lincoln Square Village outside of the Common Ground Food Coop.

6:00 pm Dinner cooked from locally grown foods by Ben Lubchansky of Sapidissima Catering.  During desert Fred Kirschenmann will give a brief talk "Can universities and coalitions of the willing make a difference in agriculture?"
