Anderson has coordinated on-farm research, serves as Chairman of the Illinois Sustainable Agriculture Committee, author of the On-Farm Research Guidebook and A Different Field: Innovative Entrepreneurs in Illinois Farming. He is currently involved in several research and outreach projects focused on developing organic farming and local food systems in Illinois.
