Research Assistantship for Doctoral or MS student at NCSU Center for Environmental Farming Systems

Research may address:  systems design, forage management, cover and environmental impact, forage utilization, destruction, regrowth, and reestablishment.
Requirements:

BS/MS and background in agricultural or ecological sciences.

Fieldwork, research, and statistical experience.  Written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and with others.
Familiarity with farmer participatory research desirable.

 

Competitive assistantship available:  Target start between May and Sept
2008
