Carol organizes people and information for Ganzeria, a partnership of consultants who create cool solutions for people's problems.  Her work includes meeting facilitation, grant writing, training, and project management.  In January 2004, Carol organized and facilitated a one-day, statewide Local Food Systems Forum for the State Department of Agriculture's Sustainable Agriculture Program.  (She also has a passion for finding and eating delicious, fresh, nutritious food!)  Other recent projects include developing training materials and providing training on starting school-community partnerships (full service community schools) and writing a grant proposal that brought $5 million to Moultrie County to replace its 90-year-old jail.
