1. Javascript call up: pages do not seem to be able to call up scripts from the registry. There are also scripts missing from the registry, which I added to the custom folder, but that did not fix things. I had to manually edit the header to include them, but that is a patch-up that seems to fix things only superficially. Many, if not most, of the other problems seem to be related to this problem.
2. Saving problems for pages: For all users, even when they have pressed save, they get the "are you sure you want to navigate any from this page" box. This seems to be related to problem #1. Also, in IE, body text in pages will not save at all when creating a new page (but not editing old ones).
The workaround for current IE users is to create a page, but check the box "html" in the lower left corner of body text. Then insert some text like "test" into the body text and save. Finally, click edit and the text editor should work normally.
