Comprehensive Design for a Sustainable Agroecosystem by John E. Marlin — last modified December 01, 2008 10:48 AM
A multidisciplinary team of planners, landscape architects and engineers created a comprehensive sustainable design for the University of Illinois's research farm. This talk is a excellent survey of current sustainable techniques and technologies and how they can be integrated into conventional farms and research institutions. D.Kovacic (Dept. of Landscape Architecture) received funding from the Environmental Council and Facilities & Services to conduct the workshop class through a "Creating a More Sustainable Campus Grant."
