Elise Benveniste

I'm a graduate student at the Univeristy of Illinois and about to finish my Master's in Urban Planning. My current research looks at the systems that support entrepreneurship in rural communities. I am also very interested in understanding the process of coalition building within the local foods movement, and how local foods becomes a community development activity.
