The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition invites you to the 2nd annual “Fresh from the Farm” fundraising dinner on Friday, July 27.

The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition invites you to the 2nd annual “Fresh from the Farm” fundraising dinner on Friday, July 27.  It will be held at the Bevier Café located on the second floor of Bevier Hall, 905 S. Goodwin Avenue Urbana, IL. Seating will begin at 6:30 p.m.  

 

The Hospitality Management students are presenting the dinner under the direction of Chef Jean-Louis Ledent.  Proceeds will support the purchase of new equipment for the quantity foods facilities.

 

The five course prix fixe menu will consist of the area’s best fresh products.  Featured foods will depend on the availability of fresh items at the time of the meal, and a vegetarian option will be available. The cost of the prix fixe is $50. A selection of wine and beverages may be purchased at an additional cost.
